Refund policy
We want you to love your Rebels On Relevé pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can assist:
Return Eligibility

Refunds: Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.

Store Credit: Returns made within 20 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.

Choose your preferred return option: refund or store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or issue store credit accordingly.
You are responsible for a $4 return shipping fee that goes towards the label for your return. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping in full.
Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the original item is in transit back to us.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Store credits are issued as digital gift cards and do not expire.
