HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Rebels On Relevé is committed to getting your order out fast. We do our best to process in-stock items within 1–3 business days after your order is placed — and often sooner.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.
All standard orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please note: New releases, holiday sales, or high-volume drops may slightly extend processing times. We pack each order with care and appreciate your patience!

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?

Monday through Friday are considered business days.
Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not business days in most locations and may affect shipping timelines.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE ON TIME?

We totally get the frustration — but once your package leaves our hands, the delivery timeline is in the courier’s control. If we’ve shipped your order within the standard processing window, unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs due to courier delays.

That said, we’ll always do our best to help if something seems off.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, email us immediately at contact@rebelsonrelevedancewear.com with the subject line:
“URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE”
Be sure to include your order number and your correct address.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the courier directly with your tracking number to see if a delivery address change is possible.
